Join Heather Fischer Page and Dr Paul Rudy for the third installment of our retreat focusing on clarity of sight, sound and intuition (throat, or sound, and third eye chakra). Everyone is welcome even if you didn’t attend the first two.
The third in a series of four retreats, the focus is on using your voice to walk through the world with more authenticity. . Each retreat session will connect you with your spiritual path from a grounded approach, integrating embodiment, self care, spirituality and your soul purpose from the root to the crown chakra and beyond.
This includes an all day in-person retreat at Harmony Farm in Perry, KS and an online check in session, designed to support the integration of the retreat’s specific teachings. There is also a checkin via zoom mid-way between the third and fourth session.
The day will include:
An opening circle, grounding and getting present
Getting in touch with our 5th and 6th chakras
A sound healing meditation
A nutrient dense lunch prepared by Heather
A human design primer focusing on these centers and finding your authentic self
Time on the land to integrate
And a closing circle
