Our first retreat was enjoyed by all and we're looking forward to new faces, so join Dr Paul Rudy @hugntheearth and Heather Fischer-Page for the second installment of our retreat focusing on heart centered empowerment (sacral and heart chakra).

The second in a series of four retreats, the focus is on Intuition & Your Spiritual Path. Each retreat session will connect you with your spiritual path from a grounded approach, integrating embodiment, self care, spirituality and your soul purpose from the root to the crown chakra and beyond. This includes an all day in-person retreat at Harmony Farm in Perry, KS and an online check in session, designed to support the integration of the retreat’s specific teachings.

The second session 2/1/25 will build on our spiritual foundation, the third and fourth chakras, and includes workshops, sound healing, organic and sustainable lunch specifically for the 3rd and 4th chakras, time on the land to integrate, and so much more.
